In the name of God Amen I Clemt Nedham of Saxelby in the County of Leicester Gent Beinge in perfect health of body and of sound disposing mind & memory yet considering the uncertainty of human life doe make & ordaine this my last will & Testament in maner & form followinge
Imps I give my soule to god Allmighty & my body to the earth in hope of resurrection to eternall life through Jesus Christ my onely Redeemer
It I give all my personall estate unto Mary my beloved wife she payinge my debts legacies & funeralls
It I give to my said wife All my Land Tenemts & hereditamts in Saxelby aforesaid to her & her heires for ever
It I give to my daughter Butler & daughter Crisp each of them five pounds to buy them mourninge
It I give to Robt Hubbert the younger & John Watson to each an Ewe & Lamb
I make my beloved wife Exectrix of this my last will & revoke all former or other wills
I signe seale & publish this as my last will & Testament the tenth day of January 1689
