This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Perkins of Saxelby in the County of Leicester Widow
I give and bequeath all my household Goods Stock and all other my personal Estate and Effects (except my Money and Securities for money) unto my unmarried Daughter Elizabeth Perkins
I direct all my Money and Securities for Money to be divided between my two Daughters as follows, after payment of my Debts funeral and testamentary Expences, namely Three equal five parts thereof to my said Daughter the said Elizabeth Perkins and the remaining two equal five parts thereof to my Daughter Mary Stevens
I appoint my Daughter Elizabeth Perkins sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 21st day of October 1834

Elizabeth Perkins of Saxelby in the County of Leicester Spinster the sole Executrix in this Will named was duly sworn to the Truth and faithful performance thereof as usual and that the Goods and Chattels and Credits of the deceased do not amount in value to the Sum of Six hundred pounds and that the deceased died on the eighteenth day of February last past
