In the name of god Amen I Willm Pollard of Scalford I the countye of Leicester yeoman sicke in bodye but whole in mind and good and perfecte memorye thanks be to god therefore doe make and ordeine this my laste will and testament in maner and forme followinge
Imprimis I bequeath my soule to god, and my bodye to be buryed in the churche of Scalford aforesaid
Itm I geve and bequeath unto Jhon Pollard my sonne vi li xiiis iiiid
Itm I geve and bequeathe unto Marierye Pollard my daughter x li and foure sheepe
Itm I geve and bequeath unto Johane Pollard my daughter x li
Itm I geve and bequeath unto Willm Pollard my sonne one leadere lieinge in the Barne, one paire of quarnes and the hovelleinge about the yard
Itm I geve and bequeathe unto Margarett Pollard my daughter one ewe and lambe
Itm I geve and bequeathe iiis iiiid towards the making of a bridge over the ditch called westbecke ditch
Itm my will further is that yf either of my daughters Marierye and Johane depart this life before they accomplishe the age of xxtie and one yeares or day of theire maryage (at which tyme their portions before bequeathed shalbe paied them) then the legacies bequeathe unto her that shall so decease shalbe parted betwixte my sonne Jhon, and her that then shalbe liveinge yf any suche be
The rest of my goods unbeathed my debts beinge paied and my funerals discharged I geve and bequeathe unto Joise my nowe wife whom I make my sole and full executrix
Itm I make and ordeine Christophare Smithe my brother in lawe and Willm Pollard my sonne supervisors unto thys my last will and testament
