In the name of god amen I George Rimington of Eaton this xxii day of Februarie anno Domini 1601 being seek of bodie yet of good & perfect remembrauns god bee praised doe make this my last will & testament in manner & forme folowing
First I bequeath my soule to almightie god and my bodie to bee buried where it shall please my excectrix
Next my goods being devided into three parts, the first to pay my debdts & if there bee any thing of that part remaining to remaine to my Kingsfolcke
The second to bee devided amongst my kingsfolcke and frends & of this parte I geve my father my broune mare & the rest to be devided amongst these that is to say my brethren Edwarde Rimington Thomas Rimington & Robert Rimington & my sisters Eding Burding, Alice Fallowell, Gartrige Locke and Ann Eshbey
The third parte I geve to my wyfe being my full excectrix and out of these parts I geve to Elizabeth Smith my servant a bed a matterise a paire of sheets one bowlster one coverlid & one ewe shepe
Item I geve to Thomas Fallowell two lomes & the geares to them belonging
Item I bequeath to the poore of the town xxd and my brethren Edwarde Rimington & Thomas Rimington to be Supervisers
