The last Will and Testament of me Wilby Rogers of Old Dalby in the County of Leicestershire made the twenty seventh day of December One thousand nine hundred
I give and bequeath the whole of my Estate real and personal to be equally Divided between my four children namely John Sewell Rogers, Frances Ann Rogers, Joseph Edmund Rogers and Hannah Elizabeth Rogers Subject to a weekly payment of four Shillings (payable weekly) each, To my Wife Ann Rogers.
And I hereby appoint my wife the said Ann Rogers and my Son Joseph Edmund Rogers as Executors of this my will and I give the Executors the power to keep the whole or part of the Property intact until the Death of my said Wife Ann Rogers, or to sell previously if both are agreed
And I appoint my said wife to receive conjointly with my Son Joseph Edmund Rogers to receive all Rents and other monies due to my Estate and to pay all my just Debts and funeral Expences and to have the control of all such monies until the final sale when the whole shall be Divided as soon as convenient, in the event of the Death of any of my Children aforementioned the share or shares of the Deceased shall go to the children of the Deceased if any if they shall die without issue shall be equally Divided among the survivors subject to the weekly payment aforementioned and hereby revoking all former Wills by me made I do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
