This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Rowbotham of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester Widow of John Rowbotham late of the same place Farmer deceased
First I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be fully paid
Whereas I am entitled under the Will of my said late husband deceased to certain real and personal estate therein devised and bequeathed to me Now I do hereby give devise and bequeath the whole of such real and personal estate and all other my real and personal estate and effects of whatsoever nature or kind the same may consist of and wheresoever situate and whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy unto Thomas Rowbotham of Goadby Marwood aforesaid Farmer (the Grandson of my said late husband) his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely
And I hereby appoint the said Thomas Rowbotham sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
In witness whereof I the said Mary Rowbotham have to this my last Will set my hand this tenth day of October 1865

Signed and acknowledged by the said Mary Rowbotham as her last Will in the presence of us present at the same time and who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

Proved at Leicester the thirtieth day of September 1867 by the oath of Thomas Rowbotham (Grandson of the Testatrix’s late Husband John Rowbotham) the sole Executor to whom Administration was granted
The Testatrix Mary Rowbotham was late of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester Widow and died on the twentieth day of July 1867 at Goadby Marwood aforesaid
