This is the Last Will and Testament of me Thomas Rowbotham of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester
I Revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me
I Appoint my brother John Rowbotham of Ropsley Farmer and my son Joseph Glassup Rowbotham of Barkestone le Vale in the County of Nottingham Farmer to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will
I Devise and Bequeath all my real and personal estate of whatsoever nature or kind and wheresoever situate (after payment thereout of my funeral and testamentary expenses and debts) equally and between as to the first one fourth share thereof two thirds thereof to be for George Robert Mackley the son of my daughter Ellen Maria Mackley and one third thereof to Annie Elizabeth Mackley the daughter of the said Ellen Maria Mackley
As to the second fourth share to the said Joseph Glassup Rowbotham
As to the third one fourth share to my daughter Fanny Bertha Rowbotham
And as to the remaining one fourth share to my daughter Florence Elizabeth Goulding
In Witness whereof I the Testator have hereunto set my hand by making my mark hereto after this my said Will had been read over and explained to me this twenty fourth day of May One thousand nine hundred and twenty two

Signed by the Testator Thomas Rowbotham by making his mark hereto in our presence and by us in his presence after the same had been read over and explained to him

On the twelfth day of July 1923 probate of this Will was granted at Leicester
