In the name of god amen The xviiith day of August and in the yeare of our Lorde god 1580 Wittnesseth that I John Sansome of Stathorne husbandman sick of bodye but of good and parfit memorye doth hear make my laste Will and Testament in manner and forme hear followinge
First I bequeath my soule to almightye god my creator my Redemer and my saviour And my body to be buryed in the church yeard of Stathorn
