Let administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels, and Credits of Elizabeth Shelton late of Scalford in the County and Archdeaconry of Leicester widow deceased be granted and committed under Seal to Elizabeth Hill wife of Joseph Hill of Scalford aforesaid Laborer (theretofore Elizabeth Shelton Spinster) the Granddaughter and one of the next of kin of the said deceased
She the said Elizabeth Hill having been first duly sworn before a competent Surrogate as well to the faithful administration of all and singular the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the said deceased and to the truth of the usual affidavit for the Stamp Office as that the same Goods, Chattels, and Credits without deducting any Debts owing by the deceased therefrom do not amount in value to the sum of Two hundred Pounds, and that the deceased died on the twenty first day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one
