This is the Last Will and Testament of Me Francis Shelton of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester
I give and devise unto my dear Wife Mary Shelton all my personal Estate and Effects of what kind soever the same may be and wheresoever the same or any part of it may be at the time of my decease for her own use and benefit absolutely
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this tenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven and do nominate and appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my Will

Signed sealed published & declared by the said Testator as & for his last will & Testament in the presence of us, who at his request in his presence & in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses thereof

Mary Shelton Widow of Goadby Marwood in the County of Leicester sole executor in the will named was duly sworn to the truth and faithful performance thereof as usual and that the goods chattells and credits of the deceased do not amount in value to the sum of two hundred Pounds and that the deceased died on the fourteenth day of February last
