This is the last Will of me Mary Shelton of Wykeham in the County of Leicester Widow
I give to Mrs Chambers who waits upon me eight Pounds
To Rachael Hazlewood of Asfordby two pounds
To Ann Mackley One Pound
To Ellinora the Child of John Shelton of Caudwell One Pound
To the Wife of John Hill One Pound
Subject to the Payment of the above Legacies my debts funeral and Testamentary Expences I Give all my personal Estate to my Brother Daniel Marriott and I appoint him Executor of this my Will
Witness my hand this 27th day of October 1852

Melton Mowbray the 25th day of Jany 1853 Daniel Marriott of Asfordby in the county of Leicester Grazier the Executor in this will named was duly sworn to the Truth and faithful Performance thereof as usual and that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the deceased do not amount in Value to the Sum of two hundred pounds (£200) and that the Deceased died on the third day of December last past
