This is the last Will and Testament of me Anne Shillcock of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Spinster
I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences to be fully paid
I give unto my Sister Hannah Barnes of Welby an half share I am possessed of in the Grantham Canal one half share of my furniture and effects and the legacy or sum of Two hundred pounds
And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects I give the same unto my sister Mary Roberts of Scalford Widow for her own use absolutely
And I do appoint the said Mary Roberts sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this first day of January 1851

Signed published and declared by the said Ann Shillcock the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other set our hands as witnesses to the due execution thereof
