I Joseph Shillcock of Hose in the County of Leicester Husbandman this twenty fift day of June Anno Dom 1746 do make this my last Will and Testament in maner following
Imprimis I give to my Son Joseph Shillcock the Sume of one Shilling
Item I give unto my Son John Shillcock the Sume of one Pound one Shilling
Item I give unto my son Robert Shillcock all my Bees and Hives and an Hay Stack standing in the Stackyard
All which Sums to be paid within Six months after my Decease
And as for and Considering all the Rest and Residue of my Estate and Goods Bills Bonds of what kind soever I Give unto my Son William Shillcock and Loving Wife Cattern Shillcock whom I make full and Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament and Revocking and making void all other Wills by me heretofore made
In Wittness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament Set to my hand and Seal the day and year first above Written

Signed Sealed published and Declared by the Said Joseph Shillcock to be his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us
My further Will is I give unto James Dores [?] the Sume of five pounds to be paid when he is Twenty one years of age if he Serve his apprenticeship duely before the Sealing and delivery hereof
