This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Ann Smith of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester Widow

Whereas I am possessed of the sum of One hundred and fifty pounds Now I do hereby give and bequeath the sum of One hundred pounds part thereof to my Daughter Harriet Chadfield and the remaining sum of Fifty pounds unto My Son William Keel Smith

I do not leave anything to my Daughter Charlotte Caparn as I have given to her One hundred pounds in my lifetime

And I appoint my said Son William Keel Smith Executor of this my Will for the purposes aforesaid

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirtieth day of December One thousand eight hundred and sixty three

Signed by the said Testatrix as her last Will in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

The Testator Mary Ann Smith was late of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester Widow and died on the fifteenth day of February 1865 at Abb Kettleby aforesaid
