This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Smith late of Bottesford but now of Eaton in the County of Leicester Labourer
I give and devise my Cottage House and Premises in Barkston in the said County of Leicester which I purchased of Francis Derry [?] unto my youngest Grandson Edward Holmes his Heirs and Assigns And I appoint Mr Thomas Rodgers and Mr John Glenn Trustees for my said Grandson to receive the rent of the said Premises during his Minority and apply such rent towards his Maintenance
All my money Goods and personal Estate I give to the said Thomas Rogers and John Glenn In Trust for my eldest Grandson John Holmes to apply the Interest of the money towards his Maintenance during his Minority and to pay the principal to him when he comes to Age
And I appoint he said Thomas Rodgers and John Glenn joint Executors of this my Will
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the thirtieth Day of October one thousand eight hundred and four
