This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Keal Smith of Abb Kettleby in the County of Leicester Grazier
I give and devise all my Messuages or Tenements Closes Lands Hereditaments and premises situate and being in Abb Kettleby Holwell and Melton Mowbray in the County of Leicester or elsewhere unto my Father George Smith his heirs and assigns for ever
I give and bequeath all my money Securities for money and all other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever unto my said Father George Smith and appoint him sole Executor of this my last Will and testament
In witness whereof I the said Thomas Keal Smith the testator have hereunto set my hand this Eleventh day of September One thousand eight hundred and forty six

George Smith of Abb Kettleby in the county of Leicester Grazier the Sole Executor in this Will named was duly sworn to the Truth and faithful performance thereof as usual, and that the goods chattels and credits of the deceased do not amount in value to the Sum of One thousand five hundred pounds and that the deceased died on the 17th day of November last past
