Memorandum That at or about the eighteenth Day of March in the yeare of our Lord God 1673 [1673/4] George Spencer late whilest he lived of Hose in the County of Leicester labourer being sick in body but of good and perfect remembrance and haveing a mind to declare and make his last Will and Testament did nuncupatively or by word of mouth declare theise words or the like in effect as followeth vizt
Hee did give and bequeath all his Estate unto his two Daughter Amy and Hellen Spencer to be equally devyded betwixt them which words or the like in effect he did declare as his last Will and testament Nuncupative in the presence & hearing of Jonathan Jordane Clerke John Stoakes and others
