This is the last Will and Testament of me Francis Starbuck of Harby in the County of Leicester Labourer
I appoint my Wife Susanah Starbuck and Henry Slater of Hyson Green in the Borough of Nottingham Licensed Victualler Executors and Trustees of this my Will
I give devise and bequeath to my said Trustees their executors administrators and assigns All my real and personal estate Upon trust to permit my said Wife to receive the rents and income thereof during her life for her separate use
And from and after her decease I devise and bequeath all my said real and personal estate unto William Slater son of the said Henry Slater absolutely
And I revoke all Wills or Testamentary writings heretofore made by me
In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this 19 day of February One thousand eight hundred and eighty five

Proved at Leicester on the eighth day of July 1885 by the Oaths of Susannah (in the Will written Susanah) Starbuck Widow, the Relict, and Henry Slater the Executors to whom Administration was granted
The Testator Francis Starbuck was late of Harby in the County of Leicester Labourer and died on the sixteenth day of April 1885 at Harby aforesaid
