In the name of God Amen I Francis Storr of the Parish of Stathern in the County of Leicester, Cottager, deliver this as my last Will and Testament
I hereby give, devise, and bequeath to Mr George Braithwaite of the aforesaid Parish of Stathern all my real & personal Estate whatsoever & wheresoever In Trust to the following uses and purposes viz
Firstly to pay thereout all my lawful debts Testamentary and Funeral expences and all other charges which may accrue from the execution of this my Will and Testament
Secondly to pay thereout to my eldest Daughter Sarah, Wife of John Harvey of Elstree, Shopkeeper, a legacy of Thirty Pounds Sterling, free of Legacy Duty, to her own use and benefit
Thirdly to pay thereout to my Second Daughter Ann Jane Wife of Peter Smith of Sheffield, Twenty Pounds Sterling free of Legacy Duty to her own use and benefit
Fourthly to pay thereout to my Third Daughter Mary Wife of Russell Miller, Gardener, of Upper Norwood in the County of Surrey Twenty Pounds Sterling, free of Legacy Duty to her own use and benefit
Fifthly to pay over the residue of my Real & personal Estate within One Year of my decease, unto my Son Francis Storr, at present a Police Officer, in the town of Sheffield aforesaid, who is hereby appointed my Sole residuary Legatee
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twenty eighth day of November in the year of our Lord, One thousand eight hundred & Seventy Two

Proved at Leicester the Tenth day of March 1874 by the Oath of George Braithwaite the Executor according to the tenor of the Will to whom Administration was granted
The Testator Francis Storr was late of Stathern in the County of Leicester Cottager and died on the eighth day of February 1874 at Stathern aforesaid
