This is the last Will & Testament of me Joseph Tesh of Scalford The County of Leicester
I appoint my wife Caroline Tesh and Samuel Tesh Executors & Trustees of this my Will
I give & devise to them all my property real & personal Upon trust when and as they shall think fit to sell the same And invest the proceeds thereof And receive & take or pay the income thereof to my wife for & during her life and widowhood
And at her death or remarriage to hold the same in trust for my two children equally as tenants in common
As witness my hand this 7th June 1884
