This is the last Will and testament of me John Tilley of Chadwell in the County of Leicester grazier
I hereby devise and bequeath all my personal Estate of every description unto my Wife Eliza Tilley absolutely and I give and devise all my real Estates Whatsoever unto my said Wife Eliza Tilley for and during the term of her natural life and from and after the decease of my said Wife, I devise and bequeath the same real estates as aforesaid unto all and every Child or Children if more than one of myself and the said Eliza Tilley share & share alike and I appoint George Deacon Saddler Nuneaton in the County of Warwick and John Horobin Bootmaker Bedworth in the County of Warwick Executrix and Executor and trustees of this my will and revoke all previous wills by me at any time heretofore made, and declare this writing to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this twenty third day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Eight
