Martha Toone of Eaton 1711 Will and Inventory

In the Name of God amen the fifteenth day of September one Thousand seven hundred and ten I Martha Toone of Eaton in the County of Leicester Widow being Praysed be God of sound and perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner, and form following
First I humbly resigne my soul unto Almighty God my Creatour, and my Body I commend to the Earth to be decently Interred at the discretion of my Exters herein after named and as for my temporal estate I give and despose thereof as hereafter followeth That is to day
Impris I give unto my Son Benjamin twenty pounds to be paid on that day he is one and [“twenty” missing] years old
Item I give to my son Joseph twenty pounds to be paid when he is one and twenty years old (to be paid then and not before) and my will is that my Executors hereafter named shall maintain him till he is able to take care of himself
Item I give unto my Son John five pound to be paid when he shall return
Item I give unto my Daughter Martha Annice twenty shillings
Item I give Unto William Annice my Grandson and to Isabel Annice my Grandaughter twenty shillings apiece or to every one twenty shillings when they at the years of one and twenty
Item I give unto my Gran-daughter Sarah Flower twenty shillings to be paid when she comes to the age of one and twenty and my will is that my executors shall have twelve months to pay these legaces which have time named for payment
Lastly all the rest of my goods Chattles Cattle and personal Estate whatsoever I give unto my Son William and to my Son Thomas Toone equally to be divided betwixt them and the living eqully to be devided betwixt them and do make them full and joynt Executors of this my last will and Testament Revoking all former wills be me made
In wittness whereof I the said Martha Toone have hereunto sett my hand and seal the day and year first above written
