This is the last Will and Testament of me Peter Turner of Eaton in the County of Leicester Grazier as follows
First I desire to be buried in a decent manner at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named
And as for my Worldly Estate which hath pleased God to bless me with I Give and dispose thereof as follows
In the first place I Give and bequeath unto my Son Martin Turner the Sum of Sixty pounds to be paid Him within twelve Months next after my decease by my Executors hereinafter named
Also I Give and bequeath unto my Son in Law Thomas Dummilow the Sum of One shilling to be paid Him immediately after my decease by my said Executors
Also I Give and bequeath unto my Son Peter Turner the Sum of Thirty pounds to be paid Him within twelve Months next after my decease by my said Executors
Also I Give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Turner the Sum of One hundred pounds to be paid Him on the Fifth day of April next after my decease by my said Executors
Also I Give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Turner the Sum of One hundred and Fifty pounds to be paid Her within twelve Months next after my decease by my said Executors
And my Mind and Will is further that my said Daughter Mary Turner shall continue with my Executors as Her place of abode so long as She continues Single and unmarried without paying any satisfaction for the same
Also I give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Mary Turner One third part of my Linen to be delivered to her within twelve Months next after my decease by my said Executors
And Lastly all the residue and remainder of my Household Goods other Goods Stock Cattle Chattells Implements of Husbandry rights Credits Ready Money and Securities for Money and all other my Personal Estate of what kind or sort soever or wheresoever (not hereinbefore by me specifically given and bequeathed) my Debts Funeral expences and Legacies being first paid and discharged I Give and bequeath the same unto my two Sons Francis Turner and Edmund Turner to be equally divided between them share and share alike And whom I do hereby Nominate Constitute and appoint full and joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made
In Witness whereof I the said Peter Turner the Father and Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twenty fifth day of June And in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Eighty six

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Peter Turner the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament written on two Sheets of Paper to each of the said Sheets he hath set his hand and to the last hath fixed his Seal in the Presence of us the Witnesses under Written who have at his request in His presence And in the presence of each other set our hands as Witnesses to the due Execution hereof
