This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Wadkin of Wyfordby in the County of Leicester
In the first place I will that all my just debts and Funeral expences be paid and discharged
I give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Wadkin the sum of ten shillings and six pence
To my Son William Wadkin ten shillings and six pence
To my Son John Wadkin ten shillings and six pence
To my Daughter Mary Hoden ten shillings and six pence
To my Daughter Ann Steel ten shillings and six pence
To my Daughter Elizabeth Musson ten shillings and six pence
To my Daughter Sarah Wadkin ten shillings and six pence
To my Daughter Margaret Wadkin ten shillings and six pence
And to my Daughter Frances Wadkin ten shillings and six pence
All the residue and remainder of my Goods, Chattels, and Personal Estate Whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Ann Wadkin and Son Joseph Wadkin to be equally divided between them share and share alike
And I do hereby Nominate Constitute and appoint my said Wife Ann Wadkin and Son Joseph Wadkin full Executors jointly of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made and this only to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this thirtieth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety five
