In the name of God amen 19 day of Aprill acording to the Competacion of the Corch of Engeland I Robert Wartenby of Wartenby in the County of Lester in the Paresh of Rodley being of parfect memory and rembrance praised be god for it doe make and ordane this my last Will testmoney in maner and forme foloing
First I bequeth my Sole into the hands of Almightey God my maker hopeing that through merotore dethe and pashon of Jesus Christ my onely Saver and Redmer to receve free pardon and forgafnes of all my Sines and as for my bodey to be bured in Christell burel at the descretion of my Executrix hereafter nomenated
Item I give to my every Childe lawfell begoten of my bodey a Crown every Granchilde one Shilling apeece
All the rest of my Goodes I give to my wife Cattell and Chettell for teremen of life upon Condish that shee shall pay all my legacies and maker her sole executuerex of this my last will testamentes and testement revoking all other willes and testements
