The 20th day of June an 1684 The last Will & Testament of mee Henry Watchorne of Chauldwell in the Countye of Leicester the Elder in manner & forme as followeth
Imprimis I commend my Soule into the hand of Almightye God hopeing to bee saved by the merritts of Jesus Christ my Lord & onely Saviour & my body to bee buried in Christian Buryall in the Churchyard of Wickeham & Chauldwell
Itm I give & bequeath unto my wife all the Goods resident in the house I now inhabit in
Itm I give & bequeath unto my Eldest Sonne William the Sume of Five Pounds to bee payd by my Sonne Henry my Executor upon the 20th day of June An 1685
Itm I give & bequeath unto my Sonne Jarvis the Sum of Fourtye Pounds one moitye to be payd upon the 20th day of June An 1686 & the other moitye to bee payd upon the 20th day of June An 1688 to bee payd by my Executor Henry Watchorne my Sone
Itm I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth the Sume of Thirtye pounds to bee payd hir upon the Day hir marriage by my Sone Henry my Executor
Itm I give & bequeath unto my daughter Alce the Sume of twentye pounds to bee payd hir at the time when she accomplisheth the yeares Four & twenty in age to bee payd by my Son Henry my Executor
Itm I give & bequeath unto my Sonne John the Sume of twenty Pounds to bee payd him when hee shall accomplish the age of one & twenty yeares by my Executor my sonne Henry
Itm I make my sonne Henry my sole Executor & give & bequeth unto him all my Personall & Reall Estate (excepting houshold Goods aforementioned) All my houses lands Tenements & appurtenances thereunto belonging scituate & being in the Libertyes of Wickeham & Chauldwell to him & his heires forever
