I give my soons Thomas Watkine and William Watkin twenty pounds equally divided out of my land to bee payd four years after my deseace
I give my daughter Elizabeth and my daughter Ann Twenty pounds out of the goods equally divided betwixt them to be payd by my wife and my soone John
I give my wife and my soone my goods and halfe my cloase which Is called reedhill
I give tenn groats to the poore
