In the name of god Amen
The 22 day of November Anno dom 1723 I Clement Watson of Saxelby in the Counti of Leicester being in perfect helth And memory thanks be to allmighty god, And calling to Remembrance the uncertain Estate of this transitory life and that all flesh must yield unto death when it shall please god to call, do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following
First, being penitent and sorre for All my sins most humbly desiring forgiveness for the same I Commend my soul unto Almighty god, my saviour and Redeemer in whom and by whose merits I trust and beleve Assuredly to be saved, and to have full remission and forgiveness of all my sins, And to Inherit the kingdom of Heaven and my body I Commit to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hears after named, Bengamon Watson And Mary Watson
And for the setling of my temporal estate, and such goods Chattels and debts as it hath pleased god to bestow upon me, I do order, give, and dispose the same in manner and form following (that is to say)
Imprimis I give and bequeath (hear set down the first Legase) Item I give and bequeath my sun John one Shilling
Item I give and bequeath my sun Clement one Shilling
Item I give and bequeath my doughter Elizabeth one Shilling
Item I give and bequeath my sun Joseph one Shilling
When my dets are pade and finaral discharge my above mentioned Excecutors are to have what is left betwix them
And I hear by make and apoint my sun Beniaman Watson And doughter Mary Watson full and sole Executors of this my Last will And testament hereby Revoking disnulling and making void all former wills and Requests [sic] by me made and declaring this only to be my Last will and testament
