The Last Will and Testament of me John Weldon of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester
I give and bequeath after the payment of my just debts and Funeral expenses to my niece Sarai Godber daughter of John Godber of Leicester the sum of Twenty pounds
And I give and bequeath all the rest of the money I shall die possessed of, together with my furniture and all my other property and effects whatsoever, to my late Wife’s sister, Mary Brex, wife of John Brex of Nether Broughton absolutely and to be at her sole disposal
I appoint the said John Godber and the said Mary Brex my Executors And I revoke all former Wills and Codicils
Dated this nineteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty six

Signed by the Testator in the joint presence of us who thereupon signed our names in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other

Proved at Leicester on the twentieth day of April 1887 by the Oaths of John Godber and Mary Brex (wife of John Brex) Sister of Testator’s late Wife, the Executors to whom Administration was granted
The Testator John Weldon was late of Nether Broughton in the County of Leicester Grazier and died on the fifteenth day of December 1886 at Nether Broughton aforesaid
