In the name of god amen I Thomas Whest the Elder of Harby in the County of Leicester yeoman being weake in body but of perfect memory prased bee god for it doth Institute ordaine and make this my last will and testament in maner and form following
Imprimis I give and bequeath my Soule in the hand of allmity god and Jesus Christ my Redemer through whos merits I hope to bee saved and for my outward Estate as followeth
Item I give and bequeath to my son William Whest five pounds to bee paid five wholes yeare after my decease
Item I give to my son John Whest sixteen pounds to be paid eight pounds one whole yeare after my decease and eight pounds tow whole yeare after my decease
Item I give to my son James Whest sixteen pounds to bee paid six whole yeare after my decease
Item I give to my son Mathew Whest sixteen pounds to be paid when hee accomplish the adge of one and twenty years
Item I give to my dauter Jane Whest Teen pounds to be paid Three whole years after my decease
Item I give to my dauter Elezebeth Whest Teen pounds to be paid foure whole yeare after my decease
Item I give to my dauter Ann Whest Teen pounds to bee paid seaven whole yeare after my decease
Item I give and bequeath to my dauters Jane West and Elezebeth Whest and Ann Whest all my houshould goods whatsoever to bee equally parted amongst them after my desease and the desease of Ann my wife or the longer liver of us
Item I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Whest and Ann my wife all my goods Cattel and Chattell whatsoever unbequeathed after my dets and legaties paid and my funerall discharged whom I make my Joynt full and Lawfull Executors of this my last will and Testament
