This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Wilford of Long Clawson in the County of Leicester Widow
First I direct my just Debts funeral and testamentary expences to be paid
I Give and bequeath unto my Great nephew Robert Judd of Melton Mowbray in the said County Draper Unto my Great neice Lucy Clementson of the same place Widow and Unto my Great neice Elizabeth the Wife of [blank] Tebbs of the same place Brazier the Sum of Seventy pounds to be equally divided amongst them share and share alike
Unto my neice Ann Morris Widow of the late John Morris of Scalford in the said County the sum of Seventy pounds
Unto all and every the Children of my late neice Elizabeth Collett late of Edmondthorpe the Sum of Seventy pounds to be equally divided amongst them share and share alike
Unto my neice Alice the Wife of Gregory Marriott of Asfordby the Sum of Seventy pounds
Unto my John Marriott of Asfordby aforesaid Farmer the sum of Fifty pounds
Unto my Nephew William Marriott of Caudwell [Caldwell, Derbyshire?] the sum of Fifty pounds
Unto my Nephew Gregory Marriott of Wykeham the sum of Fifty pounds
Unto my Brother Thomas Shuttlewood of Asfordby aforesaid the sum of Five hundred pounds
Unto my Nephew James Harby of Newbold the sum of One hundred pounds
Unto my Nephew John Moore of Applewaite [Applethwaite] Common in the County of Westmorland the sum of One hundred pounds
Unto my Neice Ann the wife of Richard Taylor of Clawson aforesaid the sum of One hundred pounds
Unto my Neice Jane Moore of Clawson aforesaid Spinster the sum of One hundred pounds
Unto my Nephew Henry Moore of Oxton in the County of Nottingham the sum of One hundred pounds
Unto the Six Children of my late Nephew Joel Shuttlewood of Goadby Marwood the Sum of Sixty pounds which I will shall be equally divided amongst them share and share alike
I Give unto my Neice Sarah Johnson of Hugglescote in the County of Leicester the Interest of the Sum of Seventy pounds to be paid half yearly for the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease Then I Give the said Sum of Seventy pounds unto all and every the Children of the said Sarah Johnson in equal shares and proportions
And I will and direct the said legacies above bequeathed to be paid to them and each of them within Twelve months after my decease by my Executor
I Give and bequeath One half of my linen unto all and every the Daughters of my late Sister Sarah Moore in equal proportions and the Remaining half part thereof unto all and every the daughters of my late Sister Elizabeth Marriott in equal proportions
And subject to the payment of my just debts legacies funeral and Testamentary expenses I Give and bequeath All my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or quality soever the Same may be unto my Nephew William Shuttlewood of Frisby on the Wreake in the said County of Leicester Grazier his Executors Administrators and Assigns And I do hereby appoint him sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby Revoking all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this first day of October One thousand eight hundred and nineteen

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix Mary Wilford as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other set our hands as Witnesses to the due execution thereof

Whereas I Mary Wilford late of Long Clawson but now of Scalford in the county of Leicester Widow have made and duly executed my last Will and testament in writing bearing date the first day of October One thousand eight hundred and nineteen Now I declare this present writing to be a Codicil to my said Will and I do direct the same to be annexed thereto and to be taken as part thereof
And whereas I did in any by my said Will give unto my Neice Jane Moore of Clawson aforesaid Spinster the Sum of One hundred pounds now I do hereby revoke the said legacy
I Give and bequeath unto Thomas Taylor of Long Clawson the Sum of Fifty pounds which I will shall be paid to him within twelve months after my decease by my Executor And I do hereby ratify and confirm my said Will in all other particulars thereof
In Witness whereof I the said Mary Wilford have to this my Codicil set my hand and seal this Twelth day of November 1830

A true full and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of Mary Wilford heretofore of Long Clawson but late of Scalford in the County and Archdeaconry of Leicester Widow deceased which since her death have come to the hands possession or knowledge of William Shuttlewood of Frisby on the Wreak in the said County and Archdeaconry Farmer and Grazier the sole Executor of the said deceased as follows (to wit)

This Exhibitant saith that the foregoing contains a true full and perfect Inventory of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased which since her death have come to his hands possession or knowledge (errors excepted) And that if at any future time any further or other Effects of the said deceased shall come to his hands he will readily and willingly charge himself therewith and add the same to this Inventory
