This is the last Will of me William Willford of Scalford in the County of Leicester Husbandman
I give and devise all my Messuage or Tenement Barn Garden and real Estate at Scalford aforesaid unto my Wife Elizabeth and my two unmarried Daughters Ann and Jane Wilford and to their heirs and assigns for ever as joint Tenants subject nevertheless to the Mortgage now due thereon
I give and bequeath all my household furniture farming Stock Money and all other my personal Estate and Effects to my said Wife and two unmarried Daughters share and share alike they paying my Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences
And I appoint my said Wife and my said two unmarried Daughters joint Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament
Witness my hand this 30th June 1852

Signed published and declared by the said William Willford the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed their Names as Witnesses

Elizabeth Wilford of Scalford in the County of Leicester Widow Ann Wilford of the same place Spinster and Jane Wilford also of the same place Spinster the joint Executrixes in this Will named were duly sworn to the Truth and faithful Performance thereof as usual and that the Goods Chattels and Credits of the Deceased do not amount in value to the Sum of Three hundred Pounds and that the Deceased died on the eighteenth day of October last past
