This is the last Will and Testament of me William Wilford, Joiner, of Scalford in the County of Leicester
I give and devise unto my affectionate Wife Maria Wilford the Rents of my Land and Interest of all Moneys with the use of the Furniture, for the term of her natural Life which I die possessed of, and from and immediately after her Decease I give and bequeath unto my Nephew William Wilford Whittle Farmer of Scalford in the aforesaid County, all my Freehold Estate situate and being at Scalford, all those two Feilds called the Corn Closes now in the occupation of Mr Kirk, with all Moneys and Securities for Money which I die possessed of, and I appoint the aforesaid William Wilford Whittle Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty ninth day of October One thousand eight hundred and seventy two

The Testator William Wilford was late of Scalford in the County of Leicester Joiner and died on the seventeenth day of March 1873 at Scalford aforesaid
