In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Willson of The Town of Scalford in the County of Liecester yeoman Being mindfull of my mortallity and Desirous of Settleing that Temporal Estate wherewith it has please god to Bless me Do Dispose of the Same in manner following
Imprimis I give & Devise unto William Scarborough one Shilling
I give and Devise unto Ann Pallit one Shilling
And I Do Hereby Constitute & appoint my well beloved Wife Alice And my Daughter Mary Waight Executors of All my goods & Chattles whatsoever And Sole Executors of this my will and Do Desire that at my wifes Decease and at my Daughters Death my will is that all the Effects may be Equally Divided amongst my Daughter Mary Waights Children
And I Do Hereby constitute & appoint my welbeloved wife Alice And my Daughter Mary Waight aforesaid Executors of this my will
And Do Declare this to be my Last will & Testament Revoking all former wills By me made
In witness whereof to this my will I have put my Hand & Seal this first Day of April Anno Dom 1743
