This is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen Wood of Old Dalby in the County of Leicester Grazier as follows
First I direct my just debts funeral and Testamentary expences to be fully paid
I give devise and bequeath all my messuages closes lands tenements and heredits situate in the Lordship of Old Dalby aforesaid or elsewhere within the United Kingdom with their appurts and also all my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be subject to the payment of my debts legacies funeral and Testamentary expences unto my natural Son John Wood his heirs Exors Admors and assigns for ever and I do appoint him sole Executor of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all others by me made
In Witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of February 1836

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Stephen Wood the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other set our hands as witnesses to the due execution thereof
