In the name of God Amen I Darity Wright of Claxton ales Long Clawson in the county of Leicester Wido being sick and weake in body but of sound & perfect mind and memory (all praise be therefore given to all mighty God) doe make and ordaine this my Last will & Testament in maner & forme following (that is to say)
First I comend my Soule to god that gaive it mee my Body I Comit to the Earth to be buryed att the discretion of my Executor heaire after named in order and dispose theireof in manner and forme following (that is to say)
In primis I give and bequeueath unto Thomas Wright my sonne the Table and forme in the house & and a bedstead in the Chamber and I doe Give unto Richard my youngest sonne the cubard in the house and his fathers Chist
Item I doe Give unto my Lovinge Sone Joseph Lee of manthary all my Goods and Chatell & Chatels whatsoever
Itam I doe hereby nominate & appoint my sonne Joseph Lee to be whole & Sole Executor of this my Last Will in witnesse wheaire of I have heare unto set my hand and seale the twenty fourt day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred seaventy and eight
