In the name of God amen I Sarah Wright of Clawson alias Long Claxton in the County of Leicester Widow being of sound mind and memory and mindful of my mortality do make and ordain this my Last Will and testament in manner following
Imprimis I commit my soule into the hand of the Almighty who gave it and my body to the earth the general repository of all Mankind to be Interr’d at the Charge and Discretion of my Executor hereafter named and those worldly Goods which I am possest of I dispose of as follows
First I give to my Grandson Edward Taylor One Shilling
Item I give to my Granddaughter Sarah Taylor One Shilling
Item I give to my Daughter Mary Smith One Shilling
Item I give to my Daughter Dorothy Pywell One Shilling
Item all the then residue of my Goods Cattle Chattels and personal Estate of Whatsoever kind the same be I give to my Son Edward Wright whom I hereby nominate Constitute and appoint full and Sole Executor of this my Will revoking all former Wills at any time by me made Confirming this only as my Last Will & Testament
In Wittness whereof I the said Testator Sarah Wright have hereunto set my hand and Seal this twentininth Day of May One thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Six
